Hockey’s Golden Jet: Bobby Hull

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

‘The Golden Jet’ Bobby Hull was the most feared goal scorer of the’60′s and’70′s and arguably the greatest left wing to ever play professional hockey. Along with teammate Stan Mikita, Hull made the Chicago Blackhawks one of the NHL’s true offensive powerhouses. He and Mikita were the first NHL players to use curved stick blades, which made his already wicked slapshot even more difficult to stop. This was a very significant development in pro hockey, and now its rare to find a player that plays with the flat stick blade that was once commonplace before Hull and Mikita’s revolutionary modification.

I consult in the turnaround sector with public companies on the Pinks, OTCBB, London Exchange, Frankfurt Exchange and every exchange in-between and everyone seems to have the same issue: there stock isn’t trading at the price they desire and they are dying to find a way to fix the problems that are hindering their trade. It usually comes down to a few basic elements. Use each of these elements with caution as this industry is full of predatory organizations and consultants and can be dangerous to amateurs. If you’re a newbie, that’s ok. Do what you can but know when you are in over your head and turn the remaining process over to people that swim with sharks for a living.

Think back to just a few short years ago, banks were on a lending spree, corporate lines of credit were being issued in record volume and companies were able to raise equity and debt capital with reasonable ease; then came the banking crash which unfortunately brought on an entirely new group of scams preyed on the innocent and naive small business owner which damaged the economy that much more.

Scams such as platform based funding, banking instrument collateralized lending, shelf corporation scams and on and on. Fortunately there is a light at the end of the tunnel thanks to some of the venture capital and private equity industry’s talented global finance executives who have decided enough is enough.

Some Rules of Interior Design That May Bring Harmony in Your Place

The design should represent the residents of the home rather than the most modern and greatest style trends. Persons seeking for a little assistance, may follow several principal interior design rules that professional interior designers utilize.

Interior Design Rule 1- Scale and proportion While designing a room, it is key to take into thought the dimension and space available. It would be a key design flux-pas to put huge furniture into a small room. For instance, a dining space table designed for twelve would not appear appropriate or even suit into a dining space intended for a four people family.

Taking Your Company Public: How To Hire A Consulting Firm

Seriously, sometimes I have to step back and laugh when I see company owners trying to pre-qualify consulting firms to take them public. I just stand there and scratch my head in disbelief when they think they are asking all the ‘right’ questions when all they are doing is setting themselves up for failure.

In his second fight in just over a month, Frank Trigg dominated tough veteran Falaniko Vitale wire to wire en route to a unanimous decision victory at Strikeforce: Payback. Trigg looked very sharp in easily handling Makoto Takimoto in Tokyo at Sengoku 4 on August 28th, and his victory here was every bit as impressive. Trigg essentially dictated where and when the fight occurred, and Vitale had no response whatsoever. Aside from a 2nd round takedown, Vitale mustered precious little offense and spent most of the fight trying to counter Triggs sharp striking and takedown attempts. The CompuStrike stats clearly underscored Triggs superiority in the fight, giving him a lopsided 41 to 7 edge in strikes landed.

We Take a Look at How to Save a Marriage

If you are right now trying to find ways on how to save a marriage, you probably need to do so and need to do so badly. If that is the case, it is important that you should read through the rest of this article. First of all, you should realize what it is you are trying to steer away from rocky waters.

Marriage is not a lover’s fling. Lovers may live in a Paradise of their own but married people need to get down and address the many sad and distressing realities of life. It therefore requires something stronger than affection to survive. Marriage needs self-sacrificing love from both parties to develop into the lasting and fruitful relationship that they wanted when they made their vows to each other.
