But if you cut them loose with no clear path to achievement, they are going to lose incentive. There’s not very much point in working a program if you are unable to get it to WORK.

What your downline wants is for you to teach them what you probably did to gain success. You may not notice that you utilized a promotional system if getting results is old hat or second-nature to you.

however [*COMMA] if you will sit down and consider the steps you have taken, you’ll realize you DO have a promoting system. There’s no way you’d be where you are if you did not.

Write these steps down as they come to you : what does one do to generate leads? What do I do to chase up with them? How is it that I am getting those leads to convert at the rate that they do?

Then, turn around and teach this step-by-step system to your downline. Show them the easiest way to follow your model, so they can duplicate your results. This need not be time-intensive.

If you can get your downline onto an email list, you can automate the training. You can only have to write out the training materials just once. After that, you can deliver these materials thru an e-mail ‘autoresponder’.

Its so simple, but it can make such a massive difference.

So, if you’d like to boost your results generally, don’t shirk your duties. Provide your downline with the correct internet promotion coaching by showing them how to set up a genuine promotion system for success.
