Using PLR to Start a Blog

by Rick W Freeman

You may well know that having a blog, you are going to add value to your website. Saying this you may not be all that much of a good writer, or maybe you do not have enough time to do it. Don’t worry though, there is a way that you can get all the benefits of the blog without having to commit a lot to it.

With what is available online these days, you buy can anything from just one, to lots of sets of Private Label Rights articles to use as content for your blog posts.

Naturally you will have to find some private label rights articles that will conform to your niche and marketing ends but that shouldn’t be hard to do. The subjects covered by private label articles are almost infinite.

When you have found and bought a set of PLR articles, do not post them right away. The idea of a blog is to post quality content on a regular basis. You will have to decide, based on time and the number of articles you have available, how often each week is regular.

You might make the decision to only submit your posts a couple of time a week, or even choose that once is enough. What ever you decide is ok really, so long as what you choose to do, you adhere to it. As long as you continue to post information that your readers want to see, you will continue to get a regular and steady following.

You will probably want to individualise and change each PLR article before you post it to your blog, for two reasons. The first is to ensure you are posting original content.

Private Label Rights (PLR) articles should be re-written to make them more friendly with the search engines. You should try to at least alter the original content by up to 50% difference from the original piece. When changing it try to write within the style that you normally talk.

Most blog posts are conversational in tone and not all PLR articles are. This is not hard to do. The research and idea is already there, all you have to do is put it into different words or maybe some parts of it at least.

You may actually like writing and might not want to use all PLR stuff, thats fine. If you do not want to use PLR as the sole source of your blog posts, they are still a convenient way to post on days or weeks when you don’t have as much time or will be away.
